Luxhub is an online food ordering and delivery platform offering a variety of fresh and delicious meals. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

2. User Accounts

To place orders on Luxhub, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through Luxhub are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices displayed are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

 

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We strive to deliver your food as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
  • For pickup orders, your food will be ready at the designated time. You must collect it within 30 minutes of notification.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the food passes to you once it is handed over for delivery or pickup.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, we generally do not accept returns.
  • You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund.
  • Refunds for incorrect or missing items will be considered on a case-by-case basis with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Luxhub, including logos, text, images, menus, and designs, is the intellectual property of Luxhub or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

 

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Place fraudulent or false orders
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or delivery partners
  • Engage in any form of data scraping or automated ordering

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vietnam.
